Eminent Technology's team consists of a tight-knit group of  experienced software engineers. Because we have long-lasting working relationships with all of our team members, we are able to guarantee the quality of the soft and hard skills of every engineer in our network.
What if I want to hire more than one software engineer?
Our platform is an excellent choice if you need to add more than one software engineer to your team — not only because the engineers in our network already have a great relationship and rapport with their colleagues, but also because our engineers span a range of specialties and disciplines. Rather than asking clients to face the uncertainty of an hourly rate, we've made things simple by charging a flat weekly rate per engineer. The rates vary based on skillset & experience. You can see each

As you're browsing our network of available developers, each individual's rate will be clearly displayed on their profile page.

contracts

Will I be required to sign a contract to hire a developer?
Yes, but don't worry! Our contract is very standard and straightforward, and simply exists to make sure that there are clear parameters to the engagement, so that you can rest assured that you'll be getting exactly the work you're looking for.
Can I provide my own / additional contracts? What if my startup is in stealth mode and requires an NDA?
We would be glad to review and include any additional documentation needed for your project. Simply contact customer support at the time of your booking, and we'll get it all squared away.

Billing

How will I be billed?
You will be billed weekly via the payment method you supplied at the time of booking your engineer. You can update your payment method at any time by logging in to your account. If you need alternate billing arrangements (monthly billing, etc.) contact our customer support team to assist with this
What if I need to terminate a contract?
We'll be sorry to see you go, but we understand that pivots and unexpected things happen! Please contact customer support, and we will work with you to close out your account per the terms of the engagement's contract.

Other

I had a great experience with a specific engineer.  How do I know if they're available to take on more work?
The best way to check availability is simply to log in and see if the engineer you worked with is marked as available. If they don't appear available, or if you run into any issues locating the engineer, please don't hesitate to contact customer support, and we'll make sure everything is squared away.
What if I need more engineers than you have listed?
We're glad to work with larger enterprise clients to create a custom package that best fits their needs. If you expect that you'll be requiring a high volume of software engineers, please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss further.
